- Instructions: Put 2 teaspoons (10g) into a cup, add hot water (80°C / 176°F), and stir well.

DIRECTIONS OF USE:
1- Put 2 teaspoons of the mix into a cup
2- Add about 200 ml (7 fluid ounces) of hot water or milk
